Standard Club Meetings
Held the second Wednesday of every month at 7:00 pm. For Board members only.
All Members are invited to bring artwork to be critiqued and join in the discussions that help all of us to grow as artists. Held the first Tuesday of every month for Signature Members and the third Tuesday of every month for Associate Members, 7:00 - 9:30 pm at the Clubhouse. We cannot thank our Critique Facilitators enough for their kind dedication, helpfulness, insight and invaluable information provided free of charge to Club Members. They have our sincere gratitude. For Members and invited guests, Dinner Meetings are held on the third Friday of the month unless otherwise noted. Dinner reservations are mandatory and the reservation deadline is 4:00 pm on the Wednesday prior to Dinner Meetings. You must cancel your reservation if you are not attending otherwise you will be billed.
The Dinner Chairperson maintains a permanent list for dinner reservations, just call once to put your name on the list but you must renew annually. If you cannot attend, just call to cancel and you will not be charged for the dinner.

The submission deadline date is the 10th of each month. Please submit information via email only. Check regularly, all current news will be posted to the Dragonfly Newsletter, Board News To Members or Member News web pages.

Exhibit Drop Off
Before shows at the Club, paintings are to be delivered during Sketch Group hours on the Monday afternoon l:00 - 4:00 pm (4 days before an Opening) and on Thursday evening 7:00 - 9:30 pm the week prior to the show opening (not the day before an Opening). For future reference, any painting dropped off after the Monday deadline will not be hung.
Exhibit Pick Up
After shows at the Club will also be during Sketch Group hours the week immediately following the show closing. When Dinner meetings occur the same week, we ask exhibitors to pick up artwork the following week.
Deadlines will be enforced and late entries will not be included. Please review the Exhibition Guidelines web page or contact the Exhibitions Chair with questions about how many paintings may be exhibited at various shows, who is eligible, when to deliver, etc. Also, delivery dates are posted on the Calendar Of Events web page and the FAQs web page may answer additional questions.

Sketch Group - Bad Weather policy: If the University of Cincinnati and/or the Cincinnati Public Schools District is closed due to bad weather, the Sketch Group will also be cancelled.
